Job description

Repairs Scheduler Job available in Manchester up to \u00A314 per hour - 3 to month temp contract.

The Planning Officers job is to deliver excellent customer service to tenants awaiting repairs, as the planning officer you will:

- Control the Scheduling and planning of repairs jobs
- Maximising productivity, of he maintenance team
- increase the capacity to complete more repairs
- Use an online scheduling system to book in repairs, use the telephone to liaise with contractors and tenants

You will need to be able to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure, Organisation skills and the ability to time-manage workload are very important.

this role is:

- Full time (35 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday - 60% home working 40% office based
