Permanent Reward Advisor job in Manchester flexible working available

You will be joining a well known not for profit organisation in Manchester with an employee base of over 4000 employees. A really exciting opportunity for somebody to join an organisation and be involved in an end to end reward role with great exposure to senior stakeholders and relationship management
Your new role
Working with key stakeholders in the cyclical reward processes, and supporting the Head of Performance & Reward in the delivery of the reward strategy across the Group.
Lead, as required, cyclical reward and recognition processes and any regulatory or legal requirements contributing to associated preparatory papers and supporting in the successful delivery
Assist the Head of Performance & Reward with the Annual Pay Review process including preparing papers, salary modelling and successful implementation of the necessary pay increases and relevant collateral
Support in the annual Performance Review cycle, including key deliverables such as supporting documentation, moderation process
Lead the management of the benefits offer across the Group and be the key point of contact for our benefits providers, including managing the annual benefit renewal process, reviewing the current offer and making recommendations where appropriate, implement relevant changes including a communication strategy to colleagues
*Collaborate \/ liaise with key stakeholders in relation to any Recognition initiatives, contributing to the design and innovation, and where appropriate manage the implementation of change or programmes to support colleague engagement and experience
Identify the most appropriate Reward metrics and reporting requirements tailored to the required audience \/ business unit
Analyse key Reward data as appropriate to identify trends, propose improvements, actions or change and prepare proposals to support
Produce relevant management information\/updates for projects on an agreed basis.
Oversee the evaluation process, providing mentoring, coaching and additional support to new
evaluators as required
Manage the key stakeholders in this process, including HRBPs, Managers including senior leaders
and trade unions.
Facilitate evaluations within restructures and organisational development and change
Undertake initial job evaluation of jobs using the most appropriate evaluation method (Hay\/Gauge)
using supporting information provided, seeking necessary clarification when needed
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrable experience within reward
* Experience working with data, and providing meaningful insight into data
* Analyse data to shape and influence decision making processes
* Experience of cross functional working to deliver projects on budget and within agreed timescales
* Track record of delivering key initiatives within a changing environment
