Your new company
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Team Leader to work with a large Independent Technology Partner in Manchester, United Kingdom. Our client is trusted by large corporate and public sector organisations in assisting customers to source, transform and manage their IT infrastructure to deliver digital transformation, enabling users and their business.

Your new role
The responsibilities of this role will be for the operational management of Customer Management sub-teams within a specified region. You will need to ensure optimal service delivery of SLAs and KPIs achieved. Be available to deal with Senior Management or Customer enquiries and escalations. Recommend sales activities and assist in their deployment. Also control costs lines to meet budgetary requirements.

Develop best practice procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent compliance to customer and company procedures. Provides specialist guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues to ensure consistent approach and adoption of behavioural competencies. You will need to manage the teams workflow and coach and motivate to achieve full potential. Ensure customer requirements are met and addressed in a timely and effective manner. Be available to deal with Customer enquiries and escalations. Attend regular Service Reviews with Customers and be willing to travel meet these requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful we are looking for recent experience of managing small to medium sized sales teams in the Technology sector. You will need to prioritise your workload and have good time management skills. Well organised, demonstrate a detailed knowledge of and understands the direction of change in the marketplace, industry, consumer preferences and relevant stakeholders. You should coach the team members to recognize and use each other's strengths to achieve team goals. Encourage the following of standard processes and makes significant effort to improve processes.
