V7 Recruitment are seeking a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a leading modular contractor who focus on exciting projects including healthcare, education and apartments!
This is an office based role with visits to site once a month.

The ideal candidate:
* Happy to work on sites across the country
* Main contractor background
* Experience on large scale new build projects
* A degree or HNC level qualification
* Strong management skills
Duties will include:
* Procuring materials and subcontractors.
* Preparation of tender documents for any subcontract works.
* Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
* Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
* Preparation of final accounts.
* Identifying commercial risks.
* Monitoring cash flow.
* Working closely with the site teams including Senior Project Managers.
