Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Appointment/Loan

We are looking to recruit a Pensions Team Supervisor within the Treasury Group Shared Services (TGSS) in Norwich. TGSS is a vibrant and lively workplace (circa 50 personnel). We value our people and collective team spirit to allow us to deliver high-quality services to our customers. Our modern office is set in appealing surroundings in Thorpe St Andrew. TGSS handle transactional services on behalf of the Treasury Group; HM Treasury, Government Internal Audit Agency (GIAA), Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR), National Infrastructure Commission (NIC), UK Government Investments (UKGI) and UK Debt Management Office (DMO).

This role sits within the Pension Team who ensure all member related requests are processed accurately, in line with Scheme rules.

What you will bring to the team:

This role would suit someone who has strong customer focussed skills, a proactive mentality to provide excellent support, and an ability to work strongly with others.

As well as working collectively with the team and supporting improvement ideas, responsibilities will include the following:

  • Supporting the Pension Team Manager to deliver efficient customer service for a wide range of partners within Treasury group.
  • Acting as the data quality control lead, ensuring accuracy of data for payroll processing.
  • Investigating and processing sophisticated pension queries.
