To learn more about how we protect and/or process personal information, please visit the WFS Privacy Center at: to the Domestic Team Supervisor, the Domestic Telesales Executive is part of the Watson Sales Team, a dynamic sales environment with responsibility for driving fuel sales throughout our Domestic sector specifically working towards growth both in terms of market share and profitability.Key responsibilities:Responsible for the improvement of customer volume and gross margin through the application of Company business tools and guidelines.Responsible for achieving monthly targets and KPI's as set out by the Head Of Domestic Sales.Taking inbound calls from existing and prospective customers.Making outbound calls to develop sales to new and existing customers.Negotiating to win business and cross selling the full range of Domestic products and services to maximise revenue.Process customer orders, address any queries and display the highest standards of customer experience.Provide timely designated reports and information when required.Liaise with Customers, Depots and Operational Personnel.Updating orders, prices and order confirmations in the Company's systemsAccountability for sales growth in terms of both volume and gross marginLearn all company systems relevant to the role.Work collaboratively with colleagues through the WFL UK Ltd business to achieve a greater offering for our customers.Embrace a health and safety culture.PERSON SPECIFICATION (Background & Skills)Work experience gained in a sales environment is essential and a desire to build a career in telephone salesExperience of inputting data quickly and accurately is essential.Experience in working to and achieving set targets and KPI's.Excellent customer experience skills are essentialStrong written and oral communication skills are essential.Strong attention to detail is essentialExperience of working under pressure and to deadlines.
