Helpdesk Analyst, Support Analyst, Abingdon/Remote, £200 - £250 per day Inside IR35

An experienced Helpdesk Analyst, IT Support Analyst is urgently needed on an initial four week contract to join a leading company based near Abingdon. As the Helpdesk Analyst, IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing high quality 1st/2nd line support to my clients user base whilst taking ticket ownership and either resolving or escalating where necessary.

This position has been deemed inside IR35 and will operate on a hybrid working model with two - three days onsite ideally and the rest of the week working remotely.

As the Helpdesk Analyst, Support Analyst you will ideally have the following experience and skill sets:

Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly-personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful IT Support Analyst's technical experience and abilities will include:

Experience providing high quality 1st and some 2nd line support over the phone, face to face and via email
Experience working with a ticketing system
A familiarity with Office365 and Windows 10
Exposure to cloud, Exchange, Active Directory
