Do you have a Sales Admin background within an office based environment?

If so, we have an exciting new opportunity for you...

We are looking for a Internal Sales Admin Assistant for our client in the hearty of Banbury.
Our global client have had years of success and contained growth.

You will work as part of the Banbury team providing comprehensive, efficient and effective customer service, supporting the Internal Sales Team.
This role requires someone who is highly motivated and has the ability to prioritise their work load and effectively communicate.

Key responsibilities -

  • Dealing with / and processing orders to an ERP system
  • Manage customer queries via the telephone and email
  • Ensure all general office admin functions are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure relevant customer data is maintained and recorded within the CRM

We are looking for -
  • Candidates with an office based customer service / admin background
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You will be proactive, motivated and enthusiastic in your nature

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Early finish on a Friday !! Plus 25 days annual leave as standard plus bank holidays.
The salary for this role is up to 21k.
