Purchase Ledger Administrator - Permanent Bicester

We are seeking an enthusiastic versatile purchase ledger administrator with an understanding of purchase order, invoicing, and payments administration to join an expanding business who are experts in a world of high-tech precision engineering within the motorsports, automotive, & engineering space.

This is a permanent role, based in Bicester.

Broad responsibility areas will include:

Purchase ledger processing and payments

Reconciling supplier accounts

Matching invoices to POs

Resolving invoice discrepancies

The role will include:

Processing of purchase orders and invoices

Reconciliation of supplier accounts and dealing with supplier queries

Payment of invoices

Raising and processing Sales invoices

Ensuring payments are received on time, chasing customers where necessary and dealing with customer queries

Set up of new suppliers

Dealing with internal purchasing queries

Working with the procurement team to ensure smooth payment processing

Any other ad-hoc tasks

Skills & Requirements:

Purchase ledger experience desirable

Good level of skills in Microsoft applications

Experience using accounting software desirable

Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise own workload & work on own initiative
