It's a function to support and enhance the growth the company has experienced over the past few years. They're responsible for analysing & improving all internal, supplier and vendor data processes. Including enhancement, and innovation of all automated routes to increase and drive greater efficiencies. Whilst managing the increasing logistic and warehouse operations in the UK, EU and Worldwide. Also developing and growing both the Softcat and Supply Chain awareness and importance around Sustainability.Success. This fast-paced role will give your insight into the overall supply chain and procurement processes. Working as an integral member of the team you will be responsible for managing all the various size sales orders. Ensuring all customer details are accurate and precise so to then allow clean and quick processing and fulfilment.As Supply Chain Support administrator, you'll be responsible for:Complex Partner InvoicingSpecific customer Invoicing requestsLiaising with sales and support teamsEngaging with distribution and vendors on order queriesManagement and overview of all medium and large size sales ordersWhat we need from youExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work well under pressureStrong communication skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and ExcelExcellent literacy and numeracy skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
