Parts Sales Executive (Parts Delivering)

Kidlington

Field and Office based.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break).

Parts Sales Executive required for a highly reputable and successful mobile plant equipment provider of new and used machinery. The company pride themselves on their excellent service and offer a role with great benefits, a friendly team and fantastic opportunities for high earnings.

The Successful Parts Sales Executive will have previous experience of parts sales within the construction sector or similar industries. You will be able to assess and follow your customers buying decisions and needs. Proven track record of customer sales, call planning and forecasting is required. You will have excellent presentation skills and will be aware of critical sales questioning skills. You will have an excellent track record of customer service skills and customer satisfaction.

You will enjoy working for a market leader with excellent standards.

The Parts Sales Executive Role:

* Build strong and positive relationships with customer.

* Build and document knowledge about the customer business and technical setup on an as of when basis.

* Feedback any important customer information to the company.

* To promote and deliver the current range of parts within the defined franchise's territory and meeting company targets.

* Deliver Parts in response to customer requests and in a timely manner.

* Complete weekly customer call sheets accurately and in a timely manner.

* To meet and exceed customer expectations on customer service.

* Establish and maintain good levels of communication within and outside the business.

* Complete all Parts administration accurately and in a timely manner.

* Appropriate reporting to Management.

* Carry out all work practices in line with company health and safety policy and adhere to all company policies in accordance with the Company handbook.

The Successful Parts Sales Executive:
