(*Benefits vary by country)Key ResponsibilitiesTo offer a professional communication link between Stryker and our customer base for the placing of orders, raising of queries, requests of information and general supportTo support the wider Customer Logistics team as a whole, if and when requiredProcessing of sales ordersCommunicate with both internal & external customers through various channels; phone, email, & chat functionsMaintain a positive, empathetic, & professional attitude at all times when communicating with customer and resolve queries in a timely mannerIn case of time critical queries, work with Supply Chain Inventory team to identify and investigate alternative sources of product to meet customer requirementsProcessing of quotation & Management of time critical custom ordersManagement of monthly equipment rental schedulesWorking alongside warehouse teams in the UK & Europe to ensure special delivery requirements are communicated clearly and fulfilledUsage of CRM system to log inbound calls & customer issuesMonitoring & maintenance of our automated ordering systemsPromoting growth of our automated ordering systemsManagement of 'On Time In Full' KPIs to ensure, where possible, timely delivery of products to meet customer requirementsProactively seek methods of improving the services provided by the departmentSupport the sales and marketing teams in their endeavors to achieve the company sales targetsTo collaborate with and support the wider Customer Logistics team as a whole, if and when requiredExperience & Education Required:2 years experience as an operative/specialist in your area, (either in Stryker or elsewhere)Experience with CRM/ERP systems, Salesforce or Oracle are desirable but not essential.Ability to work in a fast paced demanding environment and prioritize tasks.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and departments.Demonstration of evidence of the following:Involvement in the continuous improvement of the departments processes, focusing on quality, productivity and customer engagementOur benefitsOur total rewards offering varies by country but often includes bonuses; commissions; healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; stock based plans; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; tuition reimbursement; wellness programs; onsite fitness centers and cafeterias; discount purchase programs; and service and performance awards - not to mention various social and recreational activities.Know someone at Stryker?Be sure to have them submit you as a referral prior to applying for this position.
