We are looking for reliable, caring and committed individuals to join our supportive and rewarding flexible staffing team in our Forensic Mental Health Units in Oxford.

We know how important your work life balance is and being able to work within an environment that supports this. By joining our flexible team, you can choose shifts that suit your lifestyle.

You will support the nursing team to deliver outstanding care, showing warmth and support to our patients and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.

Our teams work hard to ensure high quality patient centred care is at the heart of everything we do, and our staff are supported in their roles and encouraged to develop. As a team member you will receive on-going support and development to enhance the care you provide to the people we support.

If you are passionate about making a difference to the lives of the people who use our services, those who care for them and want to contribute to an organisation which is continuously striving to improve, then we would love to hear from you.

In return we can offer you competitive pay rate of £12.16 per hour (£10.81 per hour plus 12.5% of annual leave ) with the option of being paid weekly or monthly, flexibility of shifts and a range of opportunities and experiences.

Please note that you will be required to complete your initial Trust Induction training prior to undertaking shifts as a flexible worker. The training will be held on 5 consecutive days in January 2022
