We listen and speak to customers, we communicate and collaborate, we are professional, reliable and follow-up proactively to ensure a seamless and effortless customer experience and by delivering our service commitments.The main function of the Kit Planner is to communicate effectively with the wider Loan Kit team in order to provide information that is accurate and of a timely manner to enable any potential supply problems to be anticipated and resolved with minimum disruption to the daily shipping and Kit Room teams. The Kit Planner will complete this through co-ordinating efforts between the courier service, Kit Booking, and Kit Room teams to ensure a high service level is maintained across the department. The Kit Planner will work to ensure all orders can be fulfilled as originally booked and will complete this through managing the return of loan kits and managing the obstacles which may present challenges; problem kits/failed collections.Key Activities & AccountabilitiesThe Kit Planner is responsible for:Setting Direction:Being able to prioritise more/less critical activities and tasks; focus on the daily shipments, however able to look forward to update/amend future orders in ensure minimal disruptionEnsuring actions, decisions, and priorities reflect the commitment to the mission and strategyUnderstanding how decisions impact customers/marketsBe a specialist in departmental processes - updating and notifying of any required changes to Work InstructionsBuilding Organisational Capability:Successfully implementing new ideasSupporting and maintaining our continuous improvement cultureAccepting feedback openly, modifying behaviours to achieve resultsWorking collaboratively across functions and divisions to achieve goals; both internal and external teams.
