Job description
We are currently recruiting for an Operational Project Manager to join our existing Project team based at Oxford Campus. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the projects, including the lottery project.
You will be working closely with the Quality Project Manager and the broader Project team across the group to ensure effective delivery on projects as well as maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to achieve targets within appropriate timeframes and within budget.
This is a full time, fixed term contract until June 2023.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
The post holder will have the ability to influence and bring about new partnerships to our lottery projects for added value. Effectively manage a large team of project coaches and seek continuous improvement methodologies, managing and motivating teams to high performance and engagement.
Ideally, you will experience of working in a FE environment, strong organisation skills, accurate attention to detail and experience of project management and budget management is essential.
