Sales Administrator

An impressive Oxfordshire-based employer is seeking standout individuals to join their Sales function on a permanent basis. The position will involve extensive stakeholder liaison where you will be required to develop professional relationships, so excellent interpersonal skills are paramount.

You will have previous Sales experience from a commercial, office-based environment. Those with exposure to the Automotive industry would stand out as exceptional applicants.

The position is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis to work 35 hours per week.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities

Acting as a first point of contact
Responding to queries via Live Chat and telephone
Inbox management
Liaising with external stakeholders via telephone
Collaborating with field-based Account Managers
Handling remittance and payment queires
Proactively contacting partnership companies

Sales Administrator Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will be confident, outgoing, and charismatic. You will enjoy building rapport with external contacts and establishing long-term professional relationships with them. Through your naturally personable approach, you will be able to maximise Sales by sourcing effective solutions for your company as well as your customer. Ideally, you will have worked in a B2B capacity.

Our client is seeking candidates who are knowledgeable in commercial Sales functions. This will ideally be from an Automotive background, although those who have worked in Recruitment, Property, or similar can also be considered.

You will enjoy working in a collaborative manner with your team to ensure that mutual goals and targets are met.

The Location

Our client is based in modern offices in East Oxford (OX4). There is on-site parking available, with some potential for remote / flexible working after the initial induction period.

Working patters are flexible, as follows:

After the training period, you will be given flexibility to work from home for 2 days per week (Mondays and Fridays)
The role is full-time and permanent. You will work 5 days per week - typically Monday - Friday. However, you will be required to work 1 Saturday per month, with 2 days back in lieu.
Shift pattern is either
Monday - Friday, your working hours will follow a shift pattern of 8.30am - 4.30pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am-6pm, or 11.30am-7.30pm.
Shift patterns are as follows: 9am-5pm, 10am-6am, 12pm-8pm
Alternatively you can do Monday to Saturday every week with Sunday and Mondays off.
Working from home days are Monday and Fridays with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office. If the final working day falls on a Monday or Friday you will be required to work in the office as the last working day of the month is our busiest day.
When working on the weekend they may also work from home or come into the office.
