Participants will benefit from:Networking with Senior LeadershipExposure to cutting edge technologyExecutive mentorshipGlobal collaboration & training programsAll resulting in inspiring & fulfilling careers, enduring friendships, and accelerated career progression!ResponsibilitiesTwo core rotations, 9 months in duration:Sales: Develops rapport and builds relationships; uses open questioning techniques to ascertain customer's needs and has a good working knowledge of key brands to open opportunities for the team to sell. Uses customer troubleshooting opportunities to grow and protect the business.Marketing: Participate in key commercialization activities such as developing campaigns, messaging, and positioning, as well as contributing to the future of Stryker's portfolioOne supporting rotation, 6 months in duration:Support function: Exposure to European Business Enablement functions such as human resources, finance, RAQA and customer service.What you need:University degree completion and maximum 1 year of work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written EnglishHigh standard of integrity and ability to meet deadlinesOutgoing and persuasive manner to deal with people who hold differing beliefs/valuesDemonstrated teamwork and networking skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflowVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmAbility to exercise independent judgmentProficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointProven leadership and business acumen skillsProven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsProject management experience preferableThe CompanyStryker is one of the world's leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
