Base location: Reading - working from home with meeting in our Reading officeSalary: to £60k Dep on experience + performance related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.Working Pattern: Permanent with Flexible working options availableWhat is the role?Reporting into the Marketing Director as our ABM Marketing Lead you will be fully responsible for the ABM strategy, implementation, and results. To do this you will work strategically with the sales teams to identify key prospects and customers of whom we'd like to conduct an ABM programme with, challenging rationale and building out detailed account profiles to create a compelling ABM strategy.The role will see you develop a long-term sales and marketing plan per account, agree this plan with relevant stakeholders (including securing budget) and executing the plan. You will be responsible for delivering all elements of a successful ABM campaign, with some support from external agencies, but largely the plan will be delivered by you. You will take full responsibility for reporting and tracking progress, including marketing and sales effort - introducing initiatives to improve activity and ultimately helping the business secure a bigger pipeline, and eventually, closed business.Your duties will include:Identifying target accounts for ABM activity - challenging sales rationale and being a key contributor to the decision-making process.Building and executing our ABM strategy, developing multi-channel go-to-market campaigns.In partnership with the product and content marketing teams, you'll assist in the creation of bespoke content aimed at educating target audiences and will execute a content distribution plan to get this content in front of the right audiences.You will have high integrity - you seek open and honest communication, and you hold yourself to very high moral and ethical standards.You will assist sales in pipeline creation and acceleration programs for specific, key targeted accounts and contacts.Ensure that all marketing programs in plan are at all times aligned with the vision, mission, and brand guidelines.Tailor programs and messaging to align to prospect, customer and industry-specific initiatives, business objectives or unique challenges.Work extremely closely with the sales team.Design & execute 1:1/1-2-few ABM campaigns to key target accounts.Review performance metrics from all marketing activity with a keen eye on ROI.Help sales to develop their account plans to inform ABM activity.What do I need?A marketing degree or CIM equivalent.Previous experience in Account Based Marketing & in running targeted integrated campaigns.A successful track record driving growth within the B2B sector - ideally involved in telecoms.An ability to walk the line between strategy and execution.Demonstrable track record in managing agency relationships & ability to write content.Work closely with sales and to challenge the norm.About our BusinessNeos Networks is proud to be one of the premier B2B connectivity partners in the UK.
