This 5 star rated national housebuilder are looking for a pro active individual to step into a small team based out of Reading to prepare all procurement duties and exercises. A rare opportunity in a niche market that offers the right candidate a fulfilling and rewarding career.

Your New Role
You would be a construction Buyer reporting into and working with the Senior Buyer but also expected to manage duties alone. Being aware of new materials to the market which would aid the business and attending both the site and internal meetings on a weekly basis are expected. While on site you'll carry out checks on materials to ensure there are no problems and produce reports as required.

What You'll Need To Succeed
Having existing housebuilding experience would be highly desirable as would the ability to work alone and to deadlines. Having a CSCS card, construction based qualifications and knowledge COIN's would be beneficial.

Salary is very competitive for this role and in addition to this the successful candidate will also receive a company car or allowance along with 25 days holiday along with bank holidays.
