Base location: ReadingSalary: Competitive + performance related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.Working Pattern: Permanent Full time with Flexible working options availableWhat is the Role?The Desk Based Account Manager role is focussed on delivering incremental sales growth through volume outbound sales and prospecting calls for specific named projects throughout the FY within our Transport Accounts.To support significant Sales growth within our major accountsDeliver new Transport customer sales by selling the extensive Neos Networks connectivity portfolio (Dark Fibre, Ethernet, Optical Wavelengths and IP Solutions) into Transport Customers within the UK.Create a value conversation with all prospects and qualify opportunities for our strategic portfolio of SD-WAN and Managed IPVPN, UCaaS and Video Conferencing.Engage field based BDMs as required to attend qualified customer meetingsDeliver a high % conversion rate on sales addressable market for each customerWhat do I need?Comply with and actively embrace the Neos Networks approach to health and safety guidelinesAchieving Sales Targets and Other DeliverablesEnsure that all administration and written documentation, bid input, technical proposals etc. produced by self is of an excellent standardDevelop and demonstrate an understanding of the market conditions/technical developments and associated implications for the Neos Networks business within target Customers and geographical locationsMaintain knowledge of Neos Networks product and services, of key competitor offerings and of market developmentsAccurate Weekly Forecasting of New Business to the Head of SalesIdentify, Develop, Close and Manage a pipeline of new customersAccount Management and Development of Newly Developed RevenueDevelop relationships throughout the business to maintain customer focus and collaborative approach in delivery of client needsManage the internal sales process and authorisation proceduresUpdate and maintain CRM ensuring that forecast and client details are accurate.Other tasks as required and commensurate with the roleAbout our BusinessNeos Networks is proud to be one of the premier B2B connectivity partners in the UK.
