Job description

The Direct Marketing Executive known to Guide Dogs as a Committed Giving Campaigns Executive (Retention), helps those with sight loss to live the life they choose by assisting with the delivery of Committed Giving campaigns across supporter development which includes Sponsor A Puppy. This role ensures campaigns are on time and to budget, to maximise the number of responses and value to the organisation.

This role is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with 26 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) a year.

Candidate requirements

To be able to fulfil this role, the skills and experience we are looking for in a potential candidate include;

Essential

Proven experience of working in a busy environment with a successful track record of delivering against competing priorities.
Proven experience of effectively working with a number of different teams and/or suppliers.
An understanding of administrative systems.
Demonstrable understanding of direct marketing principles and techniques.

Desirable

Demonstrable experience of working within a Direct Marketing team.
Experience of working in the charity sector.
