Dog Groomer / Salon Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a star groomer to build some great experience in our Bruce's Grooming Salons. We are a multi-award-winning doggy day care service and grooming is becoming a big part of what we do also.

We are in an exciting phase of the new expansion and require a loyal, motivated Groomer, working 5 days per week who is capable of delivering the highest standard of pet grooming and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and fun environment.

The job role includes:

• Grooming dogs from start to finish, to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Comfortable handling all breeds of dogs
• Liaising with customers and creating bookings
• Reporting to the Salon Manager
• Maintaining the salon to a very high standard and ensuring it is presentable at all times to customers

To be considered, you will need to

• A passion for working with and grooming dogs
• Cutting experience
• can demonstrate that you can deliver great customer service
• demonstrate that you are reliable and trustworthy
• be well presented, and great communication skills

The role is based in Berkshire and you will need to be able to travel between our centres in Maidenhead and Reading. As travel is required mileage is paid for from your closest centre.

It is essential that you are a well presented, fluent English speaker that is excited by the prospect of working with dogs in a customer service capacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up-to £23,000

We are also open to discussion options around income share based salaries and space rental.
