Title: Domestic Abuse Refuge Services Manager

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £35,000

Contract: permanent

BWA works to enable people living with the devastating impact of domestic abuse to see and make choices about their future and to rebuild safe and strong lives, free from abuse. We are a registered charity and company limited by guarantee.

As the Domestic Abuse Refuge Services Manager you will oversee all BWA refuge services in line with our policies and procedures. In addition, you will provide line management and support to refuge staff. This will include supervision on complex casework issues such as child protection, management of any operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of housing management. You willl also be responsible for ensuring that contractual and other funding requirements are met fully and that BWA's high quality standards are maintained. As a member of the management team, you will also be required to be part of the management team out of hours cover. As a member of our team your role is to empower our clients, keeping the safety of them and their children central to our services.

We are looking for an individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing refuge accommodation services focused on the needs of survivors.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate for this role.
