An exciting new vacancy has opened up, this role is a Head of IT position for a great company.

There is a new vacancy as the Head of IT for a progressive, well established organisation based in Reading. Are you interested?

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the software release process for all products and you will be expected to manage the corporate information security program to the highest level to ensure the continuation of the ISO27001 certification.

Day to Day

* Manage the ongoing corporate activities and systems that support ISO27001 certification.
* Monitor and manage to the knowledge library
* Ensure best practise
* Train and mentor the staff
* Carry out internal audit and lead the external audit response team.
* Prepare performance and compliance reports and present them to all levels of the business.
* Coordinate the preparation activities for the release of new product application software or infrastructure changes.
* Plan and coordinate any required downtime with all parties in advance according to targets.
* Stakeholder management.
* Provide management and coordination of the emergency hot fix process as required.

Essential Experience

* ISO27001, PCI DSS
* ISMS maintenance and support.
* Good experience of internal training and mentoring.
* ISMS Audit experience.

Desirable Skills

* ItIL, scrum, Lean, Kanban
* Software release management and coordination.
* Documentation review and maintenance practices.
