Base location: Reading/Home based - A mix of office and homeworkingSalary: up to £30k depending on experience + performance related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.Working Pattern: Permanent/Full time with Flexible working options availableWhat is the Role?This is an exciting time to join Neos Networks as we have just implemented a new HRIS - Workday across HR functional areas of Resourcing, HR, L&D and Payroll. We're a new team so you'll help shape our processes and policies to deliver a great colleague experience.In this new role you will report to the HR Manager and will provide HR Administration and Support Services throughout the employee life cycle, including supporting our learning and development initiatives and programmes.You will be the first point of contact for all people enquiries, ensuring the integrity of the data in Workday and supporting colleagues to use this new software.You join at a time where the business is undergoing rapid and positive change and we're looking for you to share your knowledge, skills, and experience within a growing team.What do I need?An experienced HR or L&D AdministratorUnderstanding of HR systems, processes, and proceduresStructured and organised in your approach; delivery focussed with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal skillsStrong IT skills, across all Microsoft programmesExperience with providing reports and metrics would be an advantageAbility to empathise and build positive relationships with all colleagues and service providersKnowledge of cloud-based HR software and systems, ideally WorkdayPride yourself on your ability to manage your own workload whilst working across multiple functions of HRProven time management capabilitiesInterest in professional developmentAbout our BusinessNeos Networks is proud to be one of the premier B2B connectivity partners in the UK.
