This organisation has a great opportunity for someone looking to be the new IT Operations Manager. This organisation creates and delivers highly valuable sales and marketing solutions for consumer retailers and you would join a friendly and welcoming team of individuals who work in a tightly knit team.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Responsible for UK IT environment, including local network and storage, laptops, tablets, cloud services, device management
* With European infrastructure team, ensure that all BCP\/DR systems are in place and tested to the required SLA's
* Assist in determining, documenting and measuring performance against IT Helpdesk SLAs\/KPI's
* Monitor, manage and improve SLAs\/KPI's for all IT service providers
* Implementation, migration and management of Cloud based systems where applicable
* With European team, hands-on joint technical responsibility for the implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the group infrastructure. Infrastructure will be a mixture of onsite and cloud based systems
* Liaise with the UK IT development manager and European Infrastructure team on delivery of IT solutions
* Main point of managing cloud based provider to ensure the most efficient, cost effective and reliable service is delivered to group for UK cloud based systems

You will need to have:

* 5+ years technical experience managing a Microsoft\/based Infrastructure, with up to date hands on experience capable of troubleshooting to a good level
* 2+ years of experience managing an IT operations team
* 2+ years of experience managing complex technical projects (Prince 2)
* 2+ years of experience managing IT business systems
* Good knowledge and experience of Azure would be advantageous
* Knowledge of ITIL and experience of implementation within an IT service team, delivering noticeable improvement in experience for users

Salary: \u00A370,000 + annual company bonus + onsite parking
