Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Coordinator (SMC) is responsible for providing Sales & Marketing support to sales team within ZBDUKIR organization and in-bound and out-bound Zimmer's marketing activities, which include: Sales Operational Duties, MARCOMM, service marketing, channel marketing, service products competitiveness, in-house & market education, etc. The SMC will drive the organization efforts to position itself as a leader in the Implantology market and to achieve its revenue goals. In additions, the SMC will be the organizational focal point for all compliance processes. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: To provide comprehensive sales support to the Sales Team, reporting, price proposals, sales admin, etc. Responsible for maintaining ZB\'s products & services as a profit center. Implementation of Corporate marketing strategy, including product management, local strategy adaptation, consumer targeted communication (marcomm strategy), education programs, online & offline. Construct both short and long term action plan, which includes activities, pricing, budgeting and synergy with sales forecasting. Implementing market sales strategy for products & services and analyze market trends. Implement market positioning and promotion strategies for company's products and its services, Events and conferences targeting events, communication, and full participation. Handle the channel relations activity and the relationships with key individuals from the industry. Work with sales manager and other executive team members to identify and develop strategic alliances and grow major accounts. Maintain local products & services marketing. Drive the development of products & services trainings, presentations, supporting tools, competitive analysis, and general product & service maintenance. Develop pricing policies, including terms discounts and conditions, for high-profile customers and channel customers. Plan and manage marketing budget. Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all activities. Function as a focal point and coordinate all compliance processes and endeavors. Key Competencies, Skills & Education: Sales & Marketing Coordinator with some experience in various marketing & sales tasks. MA specialized in marketing an advantage. Pharma &/or - MNC\'s skills and background an advantage. Education/Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience within the medical device industry; Preferably experienced in dental implant sales; Team player; Good presentation skills; Confident MS Office user.
