Plus, we have an award-winning culture and were recently named the #5 World's Best Workplace by Fortune!The Job's MissionThe Warehouse Support Coordinator will support the company's import and export activities to meet regulatory requirements, quality standards and exceed the customers expectation. They will have responsibility for ensuring effective cross functional support within the warehouse in trade compliance, transportation, inventory, quality, and value-added services. Additionally, they will support with production activities as required to ensure our customers received their orders.Key Activities & AccountabilitiesSupport the department manager in achieving divisional KPIs and objectives.Complete all the relevant import and export documents for shipments into mainland Europe, the Republic of Ireland and Norther Ireland as required.Maintain the companies Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight (CHIEF) Report ensuring the company is within regulatory compliance.Responsible for supporting with all compliance, inventory and quality based activities.Delviering value-added services for the business.Support with production-based activities if required.Escalate any discrepancies or operational issues to the department manager.Identify area for continuous improvement, increasing efficiencies and reducing costs.Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at local and regional level.Promote a safe working environment and champion quality, ensuring all activities are completed with 100% accuracy.Drive engagement to align with the company's culture.Be an expert in departmental processes.Any other reasonable request in line with the operational needs of the business.EducationGCSE or higher.ExperienceExperience working within a diverse team in a warehouse environment.A working knowledge of import and export regulations.Experience within a team in a warehouse or similar environment an advantage but not essential.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) and ERP software.Working knowledge of ERPExperienced in data analytics an advantage.CompetenciesCollaboration - we achieve more together, and the Supervisor should lead by example and seek to collaborate at every opportunity.Innovation - just because it is the way it has always been done like that does not mean that is the best way.
