Your new company
A growing accountancy practice close to Abingdon is looking for an Assistant Accountant with practice experience, to join the accounts production team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small business with rapid growth. This is a permanent, full-time position and will be office based for the most part.

Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for; accounts preparation for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders, preparation of corporation and self-assessment tax returns, preparation of management accounts, bookkeeping and VAT returns, supporting with client queries, preparation of client assignments for review by directors.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in an accountancy practice and feel confident prepping accounts start to finish. You will also need experience using Xero and be using MS Excel to an intermediate level. This is a friendly and fun working environment, looking for a hard worker to get stuck in and hit the ground running.

What you'll get in return
This role offers a salary of \u00A325,000-\u00A328,000 dependent on experience and qualification, alongside progression and development opportunities.
