Your new company
An organisation close to Bicester are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Training for this role will be office based, however will be remote\/hybrid working following this. This role is suited to someone who has some payroll experience, or knowledge of payroll through having worked in a wider finance related role.

Your new role
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for end to end processing of a monthly payroll of c60 employees, whilst supporting with another monthly payroll of 1000+ employees, you will also process starters, leavers and salary changes as well payroll end reporting for the wider finance team. Further duties for this role include calculating and processing payments, dealing with payroll issues and queries and ad-hoc duties in support of the wider finance team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will preferably hold some experience as a payroller, or have covered payroll in a wider finance role; and hold a good understanding of payroll legislation and processes. Further to this, you will need to be an intermediate MS Excel user, and be able to meet strict deadlines alongside being a friendly team player.

What you'll get in return
This role offers a salary of \u00A320,000-\u00A325,000 dependent on experience.
