Job description

My client is looking for an experienced Cable Assembly Operative.

Main duties:

To be able to read schematics and assembly drawings
Plan and execute assembly, electrical or testing tasks
Provide suggested improvements to schematic and operational procedures
To produce quality electrical, and hybrid cable assemblies and testing in accordance with specified requirements
To test cable assemblies to ensure that the customer's specifications are required under the supervision

You will have several years' experience of working within a manufacturing environment with experience in mechanical assembly, point to point wiring, wire run lists, cable & harness, torque tools, crimping tools, soldering, computer aided testing and ESD practices. You will be able to work to very high-quality standard with excellent attention to detail with the ability to read technical wiring diagrams and good problem-solving skills.

Experience:

cable assembling: 2 years (Preferred)
