Bethphage are excited to start recruiting for our fantastic service based in Market Drayton
Bradbury Court is a busy residential service in Market Drayton which has a large staff team.
We are looking for a full-time senior support worker to join our fantastic person-centred support team providing support to four gentlemen with learning disabilities and complex needs. The people we support having varying support needs and minimal to high levels of personal care is required within the job role
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is proactive and is looking for a new challenge and will be passionate about delivering first class support and someone who is looking for a new challenge.
The position is best suited to people with a great sense of humour, energy, enthusiasm and an understanding of the barriers associated with various types of disabilities. You must also be able to and demonstrate the following:
• Ability to lead the team
• Work as a team
• Good communication skills
• A knowledge of people with Learning disabilities and complex needs
• A good sense of humour
• Able to follow instruction
Sleep in's will be required as part of the role.

Bethphage is a registered charity which was established in 1994 and provides support to adults with learning and physical Disabilities in Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Everything we do is individually designed to enable people to achieve their potential and meet their objectives and need for support. The people that we support may live in their own home, a home that is shared with other people, their family home or a shared care home.

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social care
• Qualifications in learning Disability Awareness
