You will engage with these children, young people and their families to learn more about their needs and communicate our services in a culturally sensitive way, which overcome barriers and lead to new hospice referrals or signposting to other services.
With outstanding communication, engagement and influencing skills, you will have experience in a similar post or hold a relevant qualification in community engagement/development, health or social care.
We are looking for someone who person centred, vibrant, passionate about diversity and inclusion, keen to promote the Children's Hospice Movement and flexible in their approach to work to suit the needs of the families and children we care for.
If you think you have got the special qualities we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!
