Bradbury Lodge is a transition service which supports adults with learning disabilities and complex needs supported by a fantastic team of support staff who share in Bethphage's values.

We are looking for two senior support workers to join our existing team who will help to support in the running of the service. You will be required to ensure staff are working in line with support plans, risk assessments and Positive behaviour support plans. Our team of senior staff are also responsible for administering and checking medication. Other tasks include ensuring finances are managed daily and support the service manager and the Assistant service manager with daily occurrences.

This opportunity will give you the satisfaction of delivering first class support in a team environment providing you with a new challenge to work in a positive behaviour organisation.

About our organisation
Bethphage is a registered charity which was established in 1994 and provides support to adults with learning and physical Disabilities in Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Everything we do is individually designed to enable people to achieve their potential and meet their objectives and need for support. The people that we support may live in their own home, a home that is shared with other people, their family home or a shared care home.

You will be required to create a team that champions excellent support by actively coaching and modelling respectful positive approaches to achieve the greatest possible independence and quality of life for the people we support, based on an understanding of what is important to and for them.

Essential requirements
• Level three diploma in Health and social care or willing to work towards it.
Desirable requirements
• Full UK drivers Licence
• Ability to drive the mini bus
• Own car
• Some experience of working within a challenging environment and knowledge of positive behavior support, would be beneficial.
