Is so, we really want to hear from you.We have an exciting and varied opportunity, for you to join our Supported Housing team as a Coordinator - Agency and Lease. You will oversee properties which are owned by LiveWest and either managed or leased out to a range of external care/support providers. This includes properties leased out as care homes and registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).The role sits within the Learning Disability and Agency Managed team, where you will work along side another Coordinator and the Team Manager. A significant part of the role will involve working on your own and therefore being self-motivated, well organised and comfortable working alone will be essential.On a day to day basis, you will ensure the effective management of our managing agents and leases, ensuring all agents/ lessees comply with company, statutory and regulatory requirements. Through the use of quarterly returns and positive relationship management, you will ensure that the organisations are maintaining good housing management standards and ensure that they follow best practice. A key element of the role will be to act as a point of contact for our external partners as well as providing information to colleagues. You will also analyse and use information to arrive at informed business decisions and undertake regular inspection of agency managed and leased schemes, to ensure compliance of managing agreements and that fire safety and other risks are effectively managed. This will also involve the collation of organisational information. This role is field based but requires some office/computer based work, alongside some travel around the patch covering: South Somerset, West Somerset, Mendip, Bristol, B&NES, South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire. It is is being offered on a fixed term basis for a period of up to 18 months.
