As a White Goods Field Service Engineer, in your hands, you'll look after three home favourites in Candy, Hoover and Haier. Bringing peace of mind to every customer and bringing us closer to our aim to be the number one home appliance business in the UK & Ireland. Although you don't have to be an experienced White Goods Engineer; you do need to have a good understanding of electric and electronic fundamentals and the ability to use these in practice. This Field Service Engineering role requires more than fault finding and repairs, you'll also need to effectively stock your van and up-sell products where possible, therefore it's important that you are self-motivated and high performing; with the ability to work flexibly and remain organised. If you have experience of effectively diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults that would be ideal but it's really important that you are comfortable attending visits in customers' homes and are an excellent communicator. You'll have to think on your feet as no two days are the same. This Field Service Engineer role is covering various areas in and around Stratford-upon-Avon and Banbury, and it's important that you have a full, valid driving license as you will be required to travel to several locations throughout the day. Ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, regularly engage hand dexterity and colour vision are considered central requirements of this role.
