Service Manager (RN) (08398)This is an excellent opportunity to Join our CQC outstanding Service St Michael's in Axbridge. It is home to 36 Adults with physical disabilities. We are looking for a strong manager who will provide clear direction and be responsible for the day to day management of the support provided within the service. Your key responsibilities will include management and supervision of a great staff team, financial and health and safety management to fulfil our statutory obligations.St Michael's is home for 36 adults with physical disabilities. Our 1870s house is surrounded by beautiful countryside at the foot of the Mendip Hills. We're in the peaceful village of Axbridge in Somerset with shops, community hall, pubs and restaurants nearby. We're also not far from the Somerset coast, Cheddar Gorge and Weston-super-Mare.You will implement systems and procedures designed to promote positive outcomes for disabled people within the service, ensuring a flexible, proactive approach whilst meeting the desired outcomes of the people we support.
