Supporter Care Assistant - Band 3
37.5 hours per week -Normally between Monday to Friday (office hours: 9am - 5.30pm), but withoccasional out of hours at evenings and weekends.

As a valued member of our busy fundraising team, you will support our individual giving programme by looking after our wonderful supporters who are fundraising for the RUH as well as supporting RUH wards and departments with their fundraising. You will deliver an exceptional supporter experience to current and new supporters through delivery of high quality supporter journeys; helping with all enquiries, and ensuring supporters feel valued and a key part of our work. This includes processing all relevant gift entries on the database, producing letters and correspondence for regular / committed donors, individuals, and support from special occasions and celebrations.
