With a dynamic and inclusive approach you will have high expectations for our learners and a drive to help them achieve the best possible learning outcomes.As a skilled practitioner you will have an empathetic approach and the ability to be flexible and adapt to individual needs.Applicants should have a recognised teaching qualification. Experience of working within a SEN environment is desirable and in particular an understanding of ASD.
