Your new role
Customer Service Advisor joining the customer service team delivering service excellence.
Key responsibilities -

* Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with account customers, whilst remaining flexible to cover other regional areas during periods.
* Provide an efficient service for handling all customers enquiries following call-ownership guidelines.
* Liaise closely with the Area sales manager for the region on a regular basis communicating accurate information with regard to customer enquiries.
* Process all sales orders accurately within guidelines and in manner cost effective to the company.
* Advice customers regarding price enquiries by referring to active quotations and price lists, or by liaison with the sales manager.
* Provide customers with accurate information on stock availability.
* Resolve invoice queries with agreed limits, ensuring quotations are updated to prevent repetition.
* Provide Basic technical information and advice on company products and services.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a customer service focused environment.
Keyboard and numeracy skills are important with a knowledge of SAP being beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change.

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary of \u00A319,500, 26 days holiday plus BH. Christmas closure. 37.5 hours Mon-Fri on two rotas - 8am-4pm & 9am-5pm
