Onsite Account Manager / (Industrial Recruitment)

Burton on Trent, Midlands

Onsite Account Manager

We are currently looking for an Onsite Account Manager to add to our current team. The role will be to work at our Client's premises and to provide an onsite support to the operation.

The Role

We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, dynamic, and willing to go the extra mile.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, keen to learn the client's operation and being able to provide an outstanding service to the client. We are looking for a person with good management skills who would be able to manage a team of agency workers and run recruitment for the site.

Previous experience from a similar role is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, good administration skills, report writing experience and a willingness to learn and progress throughout the company.

The main aspect of the role is to co-ordinate the agency workforce & the service team on client's site…

Some of the duties my involve;

• Managing collective onsite attendance and absence

• Delivering KPI's

• Managing & processing holiday requests

• Attending meetings

• Managing & escalating health and safety incidents

• Coordinating onsite recruitment

• Managing weekly overtime planning

• Managing & processing payroll for workers

• Administration tasks

• Other ad hoc duties
