Trainee/ Mechanic (Forces/ PSV/ HGV)

£36,000 - £41,000 + Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm + plenty of overtime + Company benefits

Are you a Mechanic from the forces or HGV/ PSV or similar looking for a local and permanent role with a well-established company offering overtime and training?

This company put safety first and are well known for looking after their staff.

This role would suit a candidate from the forces looking for training or a similar background who has experience repairing engines, gearboxes, and associated mechanical parts on HGV or plant or large vehicles where you will be trained on how to service and repair PSV vehicles.

This is a varied role and would suit a Mechanic or similar looking for a local and days-based role offering job security and a technical challenge where each day is different.

The role:
* Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on different sized coaches/ PSV
* Training
* 3 shift pattern - Week 1 (5am - 3:30pm) / Week 2 (6:30am - 5pm) / Week 3 (9:30pm - 8am)

The person:
* Mechanic
* Forces or Plant or PSV or HGV background
* REME or other military background also encourages to apply
