DeMontfort Fine Art Ltd is the UK's leading publisher and retailer of Original paintings and collectable limited edition prints. We have a network of Galleries under the brands of Whitewall Galleries and Clarendon Fine Art, and at present have 60 locations across the UK and are still growing!Due to continued growth DeMontfort Fine Art is looking for a Measurer to work in the Fulfilment / Measuring Department within our Operations centre in Lichfield.Key ResponsibilitiesUnwrapping / checking of artwork for measuring.Understanding / implementing quality standards expected across the broad range of order types on measuring requirements.Accurately measuring artwork and inputting dimensions / components into Microsoft NAVQuality checking of the artwork.Safe / accurate loading of measured artwork into appropriate transit cages with accompanying paperwork.Manual handling of artwork / transit cages from measuring department into the Framing department.Picking and processing of internal works orders in line with dispatch dates and delivery schedules.Requirements:High level of attention to detail for checking and accurately measuring products.Excellent IT skills.Excellent communication and problem solving skills.Able to prioritise inbound workload and process accurately and efficiently.Able to work in a warehouse environment that involves manual handling.Flexible to work the required working hours in addition to overtime as and when required by the business.We take care of our team!
