As the point of contact for existing accounts you will build strong business relationships, solving problems and being proactive in providing them with the support that they need.You will develop a profound knowledge of the service catalogue, conducting online / onsite presentations to showcase services and products.This role would suit a people person with strong communication skills who is technically minded and confident in building business relationships.
