We have an AMAZING opportunity for community healthcare assistants to join our friendly team, supporting our busy client in Stoke-on-Trent - no two days are ever the same! Your new role as a community healthcare assistant will be to support clients in their own homes who are elderly, may have dementia, learning difficulties with challenging behaviours, mental health difficulties or physical disabilities. As a community healthcare assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the clients with personal care, mealtimes, activities and hobbies, and general day to day living tasks.

* Driving licence preferred and access to own transport
