We have an exciting opportunity at Morgan House to be part of a specialist team to support a young person with complex needs. As part of this core team you will be involved in enhanced care planning and support decisions and the chance to work directly alongside clinical teams as part of an enhanced specialist practice team.As part of this team you will be able to develop specialist support skills, develop leadership skills and ultimately be a specialist in complex needs!Full training is provided through our enhanced induction process and the opportunity to directly work alongside a skilled leadership team.This is an exciting opportunity to open the doors to your career as an enhanced practice social care worker and make a difference in this specialist field.You'll be working 40 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Morgan House.Morgan House supports individuals aged 18+ with autism, learning disabilities and complex behavioural support needs.
