Job description

We are looking for a Quality Assistant/Administrator who is dedicated to making the difference to our Quality Experience. An integral team member supporting our overarching team goal of making a difference to our customers through continuous improvements.

How you will make the difference:

* With your understanding/experience of Quality Assurance principles and approaches you will be ensuring Product Quality and Compliance data is available, relevant and up to date.

* Working with the Head of Quality and Sustainability you will be supporting and contributing to the development and deployment of company quality and sustainability policies, procedures and standards both internally and with our suppliers.

* With a passion for CSR you will review and report on departmental initiatives and progress.

* Using your problem-solving techniques, you will investigate any quality issues and identify possible root causes and work collaboratively to identify, implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

* With a keen eye for detail, you will analyse data from a variety of sources and actively report on; - Effectiveness and timeliness of corrective actions. - Supplier performance KPI's - Product fault reports.

* You will collaboratively work with the Product Design team collating and reviewing technical specifications and assisting with product launches.

What you need to be able to make a difference:

* An understanding/experience of Quality Assurance principles and approaches.

* The ability to form and maintain good relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

* Familiarisation with EN standards, ISO 9001, CSR principles and regulations would be advantageous.

* Ability to think logically to determine and test possible root causes and solutions.

* Confident working with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel
