12 Month Assignment supporting the delivery and development team within a well known organisation.

Located on the outskirts of Burton you will need to drive in order to get here as there are no public transport routes.

Your new role
Your new role will see you support the planning, administration and delivery of medical, coaching and talent ID courses pre, during and post completion of the course, in support of the new business model.

* Initially plan the delivery (not the delivery of content, ensuring the delivery occurs) and support of courses locally and regionally. End to end: from application, to event delivery as required by the course calendar. Then provide this support for other courses within the pathway.
* Implement process improvements to enhance the administration and delivery of events
* Provide support for online webinars
* Provide information on course operations and events KPI's to the Education Delivery Officer
* Ensure the courses are delivered within agreed budgets
* Coordinate the application and payment process to ensure all revenue is received on time
* Provide excellent customer service and support to course tutors and learners throughout the learner journey from pre-course enquiry through to post course certification.
* Develop positive working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for all
* Support other team members in the delivery of events when required
* Undertake project work as designated by the Education Delivery Officer
* Ability to work in a flexible and agile manner to support course delivery and events, which serve their Customers. Including evenings and weekend commitments - this will NOT be a regular occurrence but if required you will need the flexibility to offer this. Any additional hours given back.

This is a full time role, with standard hours being Monday - Friday; there is good flexibility surrounding these hours. Though please take note of the final point above as it is key that this is understood. Role will be a hybrid model of work from home and office based (2 days in office)

What you'll need to succeed
Experience with SharePoint and supporting organisations in a similar manner are desirable for this post, however essentials include: demonstrable strong planning and organisational skills, adaptable, experience of events operations including the planning and delivery and proficient in MS Office with a flexible approach to working hours.
