Job description

First Achieve's Engineering Division are working in partnership with a globally recognised company, due to continuous growth & investment, they are seeking to add a Junior Reliability Engineer to their team of highly respected engineers.

This role will report directly to the Operations Manager & the successful Junior Reliability Engineer will provide engineering support to our client's High Integrity Pump Division. This role will develop your skillset through Coaching & on the job training, with the ideology of progressing into a Senior Reliability Engineer. Job Role:

Undertake coaching, mentoring and on the job training to develop skills and experience with an inspiration to develop into a highly competent and professional Reliability Engineer
Work with the High Integrity Pumps team on all aspects of project completion focusing on supporting the Lead reliability Engineer and Lead Project Manager for a key customer dedicated contract
Day-to-day management of allocated workload organising and attending both internal and external meetings as required
Assist in the production of engineering reports in a timely manner as required
Participate in client maintenance meetings/calls and provide guidance as required
Identify reliability/availability improvement areas and advise accordingly
Assist with the creation of manufacturing plans, quality plans, workshop reports
Ensure that Project Documentation and design requirements are completed to the required standard
Must be willing the travel within the UK

What we're looking for:

Knowledge of rotating equipment is highly advantageous (Pumps, Valves, Turbines etc)
Metallurgical knowledge/experience also an advantage.
This role would suit someone from an engineering related background, either practical or academically.
You will be Degree / HND qualified in an associated Engineering discipline.
Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks would be highly advantageous; however, candidate must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
