£23,000 - £30,000 Basic + Overtime + Vehicle + Benefits + Pension +Tools

The Role:

Maintain water treatment and chemical dosing equipment.
Maintaining domestic system to include domestic dis-infections, TMV service, Shower head cleaning.
Conduct sampling of Domestic systems.
Conduct BSRIA Chemistry and BSRIA Micro sampling.
Conduct regular inspections of the physical plant as instructed.
Conduct on site closed system analysis for both heating and chilled systems.
Follow a preventative maintenance program as instructed.
Make recommendations for major repairs to the physical plant and mobile equipment.
Recommend the purchase of goods and equipment.
Maintain personal equipment & chemical stocks inventories.
Provide written reports as required.
Ensure records are maintained

The Person:

You should be organised and punctual with a positive Can do attitude
You should be enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills to better yourself and the company
·You should have good communication skills, and be able to work alone as well as part of a team
You should be computer literate
You should have a full, driving licence, and have been driving for 2 years
